Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original, new condition. You must begin your request within 14 days. 

Note: Shoes ordered prior to April during the pre-order phase are only eligible for exchange or store credit. No refunds will be offered on pre-order products. 

To qualify for a return:

  1. Items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. shoes must have no creases, signs of wear, clean soles, etc.).
  2. It must include all original packaging (i.e. dust bag, unworn matching socks, products must be inside clear plastic bag).

Any items missing will be deducted from your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria.

Please Note: Socks are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW worn items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We are happy to accept any socks that are unworn.


International Returns

For international returns outside of the contiguous USA and Canada, please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" or your package will be returned to you. On your invoice, please indicate "RETURN" as to reason of export.

We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for duties and customs. If you elect to return your product and you are based outside of the United States and Canada, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid. Free returns and exchanges are only offered within the US and Canada.

If you are an international customer, please note that international shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by

If you return an international purchase, you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase less the initial shipping cost. International shipping cost is non-refundable.

If your merchandise is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, you will be charged the cost of shipping and refunded the remaining amount.


Exchange Policy 

We want you to love your shoes and we understand that buying footwear online can be a bit tricky which is why we’ve created a headache-free exchange policy to help you find the perfect fitting pair. 

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied. We offer free exchanges in the contiguous US and Canada, unless otherwise noted on certain products.

Shipping for Exchanges or Returns is free of charge within the contiguous United States and Canada for one return or exchange per order.

If a second exchange or return is requested, the cost of the second shipping will be covered by the customer.

How do I make an exchange / return?

All products must be shipped back unworn and with labels on in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a refund will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if they qualify.

Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and you will be invoiced the appropriate amount to cover the cost of shipping the shoes back to you. will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How will I receive my refund / store credit / exchange? 

A full refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not worn and meet our criteria. Please allow up to 1 week once items have been delivered.

Refunds will go back to your original form of payment less $10 which is to cover the return shipping fee.

Store credits will be processed immediately in full amount.You will be notified by email once it's issued.

Exchanges will be processed immediately upon completed inspection.
