We ship our products world wide.

US and International orders are shipped with USPS. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.

It depends on where you are located. Orders shipped within the US take 3-5 business days. While orders in Canada take 1-4 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 7-20 business days to arrive.

Canada Orders under $50= $5.00 shipping

International Orders under $50= $10 shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of the time you placed the order (excluding weekends). 

When your order ships, you will receive an automatic email confirming your shipment.

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Please send us an email and we'll do our best to help you cancel the order.

If the package was already shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.

How can I update/change my shipping address for an order?

If your package has already been shipped we, unfortunately,  cannot update it.

As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation which will include the tracking number so you can follow its progress. 

Please note it can take 1-2 business days for your tracking to update.

Please contact us immediately. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, we'll do our best to adjust your order but if it's already been shipped out there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do.

Sometimes your package is just waiting in an unexpected place. We strongly suggest contacting your neighbors, looking in your backyard and calling your local post office to see if they’re holding the package for you.

Most of the time, if the package is too big to be delivered into your mailbox or nobody is available to receive it, they will bring it back to the post office for you to pick up.

If your order still has not arrived after 7 days of being marked as delivered please reach out to us at and we will do our best to take care of you.

Product Information

Our men's socks are one size fits all which encompasses size 7-13 US, 40-46 EU & 6-12 UK.

Our women's socks are also one size fits all which covers size 5-10 US, 36-41 EU & 3-8 UK.

At this current time Soxy Socks are mid-calf length only.

Soxy Socks are comprised of 75% Combed Cotton, 20% Polyester and 5% Spandex.

At this current time we sell dress socks, athletic socks and no show socks.

Soxy Socks are fully knit socks stitched thread by thread rather than machine pressed.

We use a 220 needle to construct our socks as that's the only way we're able to create the complex patterns we have. 

Our socks have a hand linked seam which means they are created by linking together both sides of the sock to fuse together the toe and the base.

To gain the maximum amount of life out of our socks we recommend that you follow these wash instructions:

1. Turn socks inside out

2. Wash your socks together with no other laundry on a low cycle with cold water and minimal detergent.

3. Turn socks right side out.

4. Hang dry for the best results or if necessary place them in the dryer on a light tumble.

Soxy Socks are produced in South Korea in a family owned factory.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

At this current time we do not support Discovery cards.

Returns and exchanges

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original, new condition. You must begin your request within 14 days.


To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition

It must include all original packaging (i.e products must be inside clear plastic sleeve, all branding/tags must be attached).

If you order a bundle, we allow 1 pair to be tried on and the rest would have to be returned unused in order to qualify for a full refund.


Any items missing will be deducted from your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria.


Please Note: Socks are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW worn items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We are happy to accept any socks that are unworn.

A $10 return fee will be deducted from all refunds if a return label is supplied. 

A full refund will be issued if return shipping is paid for by the customer.

We want you to love your socks and we understand that buying socks online can be a bit tricky which is why we’ve created a headache-free exchange policy to help you find the perfect fitting pair. 

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your socks. Requests after this point will be denied. We offer free exchanges in the contiguous US and Canada, unless otherwise noted on certain products.

To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition

It must include all original packaging (i.e products must be inside clear plastic sleeve, all branding/tags must be attached).

If a second exchange or return is requested, the cost of the second shipping will be covered by the customer.
